Segerstrom Center for the Arts is one of the West Coast’s leading cultural institutions, yet it was often perceived primarily as a touring Broadway venue. The challenge was to reposition the Center to reflect its full scope, including education, community programming, and development initiatives.
We developed a cohesive brand strategy and modular visual system designed to scale across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, fundraising communications, and on-site experiences. The system balances vibrancy with flexibility, enabling distinct program voices while maintaining brand consistency.
Deliverables included refreshed brand architecture, website design integration, marketing and development collateral, campaign assets, and a comprehensive brand book. We also facilitated workshops and rollout guidance to ensure long-term adoption across internal teams.
